    My husband, myself and 17 yr old grandson just spent 1 night and we enjoyed every part of it. Rooms were great, our living room that we shared with another couple came equipped with movies and homemade treats with tea and coffee. Breakfast was out of this world and too long to list but felt like a 5 star hotel. It overlooks the Annapolis River and we had coffee before breakfast on the back deck. Carl and Kathy made us feel so special and it was just like home. Will definitely go back!
